The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were always provided. I also appreciated the location , close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions.
The pillows provided were too soft and offered minimal support.

i thought my room had a great size for a city stay. it was very clean and there was air conditioning, i needed it. location had many cafes and restaurants for explore around. there was complimentary snacks in lobby around 11am, it was a nice surprise.
the a/c dont really work so i had to leave windows open. it was noisy at night and i couldnt sleep. the bed wasnt comfortable, not good.

the location is just amazing i was near the train station. lots of cafes were close which was real convenient. the staff was also very pleasant like really kind people.
the air conditioner didn't work that well so the room felt too hot. i have to leave the windows open cause it was noisy all night. bed were pretty uncomfy so its a problem.

the location is unbeatable. it sits directly across from st-lazare station. i found numerous cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. the proximity to transportation options was a significant benefit.
the in-room wi-fi signal was a bit weak at times.
